INCUBATOR | ACCELERATOR | EVENTS

Northern California
Facility 1: Our offline facility provides 30,000 SF of event, co-working, demo-rooms, lounge, and restaurant space.

North Carolina
Facility 2: The founders already acquired a 110,000 SF building, which will allow for a similar size facility, plus 7 additional floors of office, restaurant, and mix-use space. The two facilities will allow access by a short flight from most areas of the country.

The Northern California facility is under construction. Our plan to open the North Carolina facility will begin after California is opened. We are also looking for a location in Texas. Until then we have plenty of temporary space to house live briefings, events, and startups.

LIVE | WORK | PLAY

Our acquisition team has also purchased the majority of a city block. The property is just two blocks over from the Northern California incubator building. We have eight buildings and an undeveloped lot. Currently there are more than 20 furnished corporate stay units that can house our guests and 6000 SF of additional commercial space. The buildings on this block will provide housing for those entering our incubator program.
The development team is also planning to build a new head quarters building for our operations and future live, work, play space. Planing is under way and we are excited to complete this project.
