Millions of Christians look great on Sunday then switch God OFF by Monday morning – a distinct switch to a form of practical atheism. This reality is undermining God’s purposes for our work and our lives and disengages people from public relevance. WEA Business Coalition and WorkLife are leading a new multi-year creative ministry effort to Awaken the Sleeping Giant (Working Christians) in the global workforce.
This effort, The Monday Mission is a biblically inspired call to action for workers of every vocation to Switch God ON (to live and work in ways that amplify the presence of our God on Monday). It is provocative but uses a very practical process to help eradicate the epidemic of Monday Morning Atheism in working Christians. This will result in more empowered Christians transforming their community (business, church, city, family, politics)
We have an amazing opportunity globally to advance Christian values and beliefs through partners and media channels. But, we must move intentionally to stop mediocre living and working. We so appreciate your prayers and serious consideration of our funding needs for this global ministry and business mission. Our initial Phase ONE budget is $450,000.

What is the Monday Mission?
THE MONDAY MISSION, a global work initiative of WEA, Business Coalition
WorkLife produced a “Transforming Monday” campaign in Germany around Monday work with 30 nations represented.
MISSION: To Awaken the Sleeping Giant (Working Christians) across nations.
PURPOSE: Eradicate the epidemic of Monday Morning Atheism resulting in more empowered Christian workers transforming their community (business, church, city, family, government)
Monday Morning Atheism def. Someone who loves God but works like He does not exist.
STRATEGY: All organizations, groups and individuals progress through 3 core phases.
AWARENESS (awakening, exposure to issue, promotion, marketing)
SHIFT (transformation of thinking and behavior on Monday work)
SUSTAIN (actions/tools to ensure people stay Switched ON at work)
PLAN: Execute flexible communication plan with next step material and plan with global networks, major ministries and media channels.
